On Saturday, March 28, 2026, I will be speaking at the WOW Gala, an evening dedicated to Celebrating Women, Wisdom & Words — and I could not imagine a more meaningful place to pre-launch my book, Optimize Your Fertility Naturally.
This will be the very first public unveiling of a project that has been years in the making.
And it feels exactly right that it begins in a room filled with visionary women.
For over three decades in practice, I have witnessed the quiet strength of women navigating careers, relationships, family building, health challenges, and reinvention.
But I have also seen something that concerns me deeply:

This book was written to change that narrative.
